General Info

How long does the shipping take?
We send orders everyday and usually they are sent within 24 hours of ordering. International orders might take a bit longer as we need to check a few additional things before sending them.

My item didn't arrive or it was broken.
Please contact our customer service and they will help you.

Can I return the item?
Yes, but the return must be made within 20 days after the shipping of the item. We do not repay return shipping costs for international orders. Before returning the item, please contact us.

Do you sell genuine items or are they fake/pirated?
We only sell genuine items. No fake or pirated items.

Can you ship all items abroad?
Everything else but Pocky or other food and drinks.

Are the items new or used?
99% of the items are new and if they are used, it is mentioned in the description (only in Finnish). If you are unsure, you can reserve that item and ask us by e-mail.

The exception to this rule is the Ginga-series as most of the items were made in 1986.

Registering

Why?
If you are a registered member, you get our regular customer bonuses. Every time you buy items worth 20 Euro, you will get one stamp on your card, and after you have 10 stamps, you will receive 20-Euro discount on your order.

The system will count the correct number of stamps automatically so if you buy items with 230 Euro, the total will be 210 Euro.

Also as a registered member you will get our "double item guarantee" when you buy items that are named "random, avattu". This mean that when you buy a random figure package, we will open it, write down the character you got and when you order more you will get a different character instead of the same one.

The only exception is when you order the last figure and we are no longer able to receive more of them. In this case we cannot guarantee that item isn't the same as the one you already have.

This guarantee is only for items bought from our website.

We won't send you spam messages when you register.

How to register

How to order?

With Credit Card
Please note that our site is counting shipping costs inside Finland. It is possible that the shipping cost will be different for items sent abroad.
1. Click "Koriin" and item will be added to your cart. You can add more than one item.

2. On the right is Ostoskori (Shopping Cart). When you are ready, click "muokkaa" (edit).

3. If you want, you can now add any item more than once to your cart or delete items. Please note that if the site refuses to update more items to your cart, it usually means that item is sold out or that there is only 1 copy of it left.

4. Click "Päivitä muutokset" (Update changes) or "Kassalle" (Pay).

5. Fill in your info:

After the payment always return to our site or your order won't register to your system!
After that the system will tell if the order is complete and you will receive an email about your order. If you won't get an email, please contact us as soon as possible!
"Siirry maksamaan" (Make the payment)
(Or "Takaisin" (return).)

9. Fill in the credit card info etc.

10. The email should arrive in few minutes after the order is completed.

Without Credit card OR reserving item

We can also take payments with PayPal or via bank transfer, but our site cannot do this automatically.

9. After this we will contact you in 24 hours (unless during a holiday season or weekend) and ask how you would like to pay items or did you want to ask something about them.
If you do not receive a reply soon, please contact the customer service.

How & why I should reserve items?

Reserving is recommended for all Ginga-items.
99% of our items are new with the exception of the Ginga-series (Ginga: Nagareboshi Gin & Ginga Densetsu WEED) where most of items are used due to fact that they are extremely rare and most of them are made in 1986 or 2002.
The item's condition is mentioned in the description of each item, but it is only in Finnish. Also in some cases (collection cards, stickers...) there are a lot of same items at the storehouse so the picture is not from the item we are selling.
If an item has the words "rikki" (broken) or "kulunut" (damaged), please pay extra caution.
As some items are very rare and might be sold out in a few hours, we recommend that if you are interested in one you reserve it and ask for more info after that. If you reserve an item, you do not have to worry that someone else will buy it while you are waiting for our reply. Also you do not have to buy the item even if you have reserved it for asking questions, but please tell as soon as possible if you are not interested in that item anymore. After replying we will wait for 24 hours for your reply and after that, we will stock that item again.
Also when you reserve item, you can ask for hire purchase (for items with price over 250 Euro).
The rules of hire purchase are.
1. Only one item at a time! We cannot keep many figures or plushies reserved for you.

2. The first payment (or 10% of item's price) is the reserving price. If you change your mind, we won't return the first payment for you.

3. We send the item to you after it has been paid completely.

4. If there is some extra cost for us because item is paid in parts, it will be added to the total. (Usually there is none, but for example, a customer has to pay the PayPal costs etc.)

5. If you want to cancel an item, you will have to pay the cost that might come while returning money (PayPal or bank transfers). A bank transfer is less than 1 Euro in the E.U., but to USA or Japan the cost is 18-25 Euro.

6. The maximum payment time is 6 months and the minimum payment amount is 50 Euro.

7. There will be no extra cost added for the wait. If the item is 500 Euro, and you pay it with credit card, the total is still 500 Euro.

For example:
1. You reserve an item costing 500 Euro.

2. The first payment is 50 Euro. If you cancel the order, won't make new payments etc. we won't return this. (If the first payment was for example 200 Euro, we would return 150 Euro to you.)

3. In the next few months you pay with credit card 150 + 100 + 100 + 100 and so the total is 500 Euro.

4. We send the item.

Please note that when ordering more expensive items you should consider registering as you will receive 20 Euro discount for orders over 200 Euro.
