Delivery terms and information

The shipping time of the products is on average 1-2 business days. We send mail every weekday, and orders placed before 2:00 p.m. usually have time for same-day orders (with the exception of rush events such as Christmas and the days after big con events). Our goal is to send the products 24 hours after placing the order.

We are not responsible for delays and errors caused by Posti, Matkahuolto, DB Schenker or other transport services. We are also not responsible for delays caused by matters beyond Urumi.fi’s control, such as war, natural disasters, export or import bans, official decisions, public traffic disruptions or the like.

The order can also be picked up from the warehouse in Kuopio, From Helsinki movement or events where Urumi is involved. Picking up the order is free of charge, but a handling fee of 5 euros is charged for unclaimed pick-up orders. Events where products can be picked up will be announced on Urum’s social media channels.

Those under 18 must have their guardian’s permission to place an order.

When paying by invoice or partial payment, the due date of the invoice or partial payment starts 1-2 days after placing the order. If you want to pay for the pre-order only after it has arrived, please choose cash on delivery as the payment method or just pay the reservation fee for the product.

Returns and exchanges

All products, except food, have a 14-day right of exchange and return. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please contact us before returning the product (asiakaspalvelu@urumi.fi). It speeds up the processing of returns or exchanges. In your message, state your name, contact information, the product you ordered and the reason for the return. The product to be exchanged/returned must be in an unopened package.

There are no postage costs for the customer to return or exchange the product, with the exception of pre-order products or promotional products, for which a fee is charged according to the transport company’s price list. The free return only applies to returns from mainland Finland and orders that have been redeemed at the post office before the return. Please contact customer service to get more detailed information about the return.

Please note the following when returning:
– Food products are not eligible for return or exchange.
– The product must be in an unopened package*.
– The original packaging must also be returned with the product. If there is no original packaging, a maximum of 50% of the product price can be refunded.
– The customer is responsible for the packaging of the returned product. If the product is carelessly packed and it is damaged during transport, the product cannot be refunded. The product can be packed, e.g., in the same box where it was sent, if the box is still intact.
– Products covered by the duplicate guarantee cannot be returned only partially*, but all duplicate guarantee products of the same series must be returned.

*Exception products with manufacturing defects or products damaged in transit.

If no agreement can be reached regarding return or exchange, the customer can dispute the matter through the Consumer Disputes Board. Before disputing the matter, the customer must contact consumer advice. You can also file a complaint on the ODR forum (the e-mail address attached to the notification is kaspalvelu(a)urumi.fi).

All products include VAT. Mangas and books 10%, food 14% and other 24%.
