Delivery terms and information

The delivery time of the products is on average 1-2 business days. We send mail every weekday, and orders placed before 2:00 p.m. usually have time for same-day orders (with the exception of rush events such as Christmas and the days after big con events). Our goal is to ship the products within 24 hours of placing the order.


Orders are sent in 1st class (Priority). The exception to this are the weeks without postage, when products are also sent in 2nd class (Economy). Discounted products obtained with offer codes can also be sent in 2nd class, but this will be announced in connection with the offer codes for each product. An additional fee of 2-4 euros is charged for changing the delivery method after the order has been packed, depending on how difficult the order is to pack.

We are not responsible for delays and errors caused by Posti, Matkahuolto or other transport services. We are also not responsible for delays caused by matters beyond’s control, such as war, natural disasters, export or import bans, official decisions, disruption of public transport or the like.


The order can also be picked up from the warehouse in Kuopio or at events where Urumi is involved. Picking up the order is free of charge, but a handling fee of 5 euros is charged for unclaimed pick-up orders. The events from which products can be picked up are listed in the event calendar, which also details the schedules when pick-up orders can be made. Please note that not all products can be picked up at events. Such products are listed in the event calendar information.

Those under the age of 18 must have their guardian’s permission to place an order.

When paying by invoice or partial payment, the due date of the invoice or partial payment starts 1-2 days after placing the order. If you want to pay for the pre-order only when it has arrived, please choose cash on delivery as the payment method.


Returns and exchanges

With the exception of food, all products have a 14-day exchange and return right. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please contact us before returning the product ( It speeds up the processing of returns or exchanges. In your message, state your name, contact information, the product you ordered and the reason for the return. The product to be exchanged/returned must be in an unopened package.

There are no postage costs for the customer to return or exchange the product, with the exception of pre-order products, for which a fee is charged according to Posti’s price list. Mention in Posti that the return is going to Urumi Oy and ask for a copy of the return receipt for yourself in case the return is lost on the way. The free return only applies to returns from mainland Finland and orders that have been redeemed at the post office before the return. When returning products through Matkahuolto or other services, the return costs are borne by the customer.

Please note the following when returning:
– There is no return or exchange right for food products.
– The product must be in an unopened package*.
– The original packaging must also be returned with the product. If there is no original packaging, a maximum of 50% of the product price can be refunded.
– The customer is responsible for the packaging of the returned product. If the product is carelessly packed and it is damaged during transport, the product cannot be refunded. The product can be packed, for example, in the same box where it was sent, if the box is still intact.
– Duplicate warranty products cannot be returned only partially*, but all duplicate warranty products of the same series must be returned.

*Except for products with manufacturing defects or products damaged in transit.

If no agreement can be reached regarding the return or exchange, the customer can dispute the matter through the consumer dispute board. Before disputing the matter, the customer must contact kuluttajaneuvonta. You can also make a complaint on the ODR forum (the email address attached to the notification is kaspalvelu(a)

All products include VAT. Mangas and books 10%, food 14% and other 24%.


Advance orders

Pre-orders are products that are not in stock and will not arrive until the announced release date. Please note that the publication dates are preliminary and may change.


For advance orders ordered by cash on delivery, we charge a reservation fee of 20 euros in advance. The reservation fee for postal pre-orders is not refunded if the pre-order is canceled or left unclaimed.
If the pre-order is cancelled, 5% of the total amount or at least 20 euros of reservation fees will be charged if the order of the product can no longer be cancelled. Cancellations are checked on a case-by-case basis. Canceling pre-orders can also result in the customer no longer being able to make new pre-orders. .

When the pre-order arrives at the warehouse, a confirmation is requested from the customer to mail it, first by email, but if no answer is received, by phone. At the same time, the customer can e.g. change his address information if he wishes. If the pre-order products arrive within a short period of time, the orders can be combined. Orders can be kept reserved for one (1) week, after which a reservation fee of 5 euros/starting week will be charged. If the customer does not respond within 10 days, after more than three attempts have been made to contact him, including at least 1 time by phone, the order is considered canceled and the product is released for general sale.
