Delivery terms and information

The average delivery time for products is 1-2 business days. We ship mail every weekday and orders placed before 2pm usually arrive on the same day (with the exception of busy times such as Christmas and days after major con events). Our goal is to ship the products within 24 hours of placing your order.
Orders are shipped in 1st class (Priority). The exception to this is postage-free weeks, when products are also shipped in Class 2 (Economy). Discount products available with promotional codes can also be shipped in Class 2, but this will be announced in connection with the promotional codes on a product-by-product basis. There is an additional charge of 2-4 euros for changing the delivery method after packing the order, depending on how difficult the order is to pack.

We are not responsible for delays and errors caused by Posti, Matkahuolto or other transport services. We are also not responsible for delays caused by a matter beyond’s control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, official decision, disruption of public transport or similar.


The order can also be picked up from the warehouse in Kuopio or at events where Urumi is involved. Pick-up of the order is free of charge, but a handling fee of EUR 5 will be charged for a pick-up order that has not been redeemed. The events from which products can be picked up are listed in the event calendar, which also explains the schedules at which pick-up orders can be placed. Please note that not all products can be picked up at events. Such products are listed in the event calendar information.

Children under the age of 18 must have a guardian’s permit to place an order.

When paying by invoice or installment, the due date of the invoice or installment starts 1-2 days after placing the order. If you do not want to pay for the pre-order until it has arrived to you, please choose cash on delivery.


Returns and exchanges

With the exception of groceries, all products have a 14-day right of exchange and return. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please contact us before returning the product ( It speeds up return or exchange processing. In your message, state your name, contact information, the product you ordered, and the reason for the return. The product to be exchanged / returned must be in an unopened package.

The return or exchange of the product will not incur any postage costs for the customer, with the exception of pre-ordered products, for which a fee is charged in accordance with Posti’s price list. Mention in the Post that the return is coming to Urumi Oy and ask for a copy of the return receipt in case the return is lost on the way. The free return only applies to returns and orders made from mainland Finland that have been redeemed by post before the return. When returning products through Matkahuolto or other services, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

Please note the following when returning:
– Food has no right of return or exchange.
– The product must be in an unopened package *.
– The original packaging must also be returned with the product. If there is no original packaging, a maximum of 50% of the product price can be refunded.
– The customer is responsible for the packaging of the returned product. If the product is packed carelessly and is damaged during transport, the product cannot be refunded. The product can be packed, for example, in the same box where it was sent, if the box is still intact.
– Products under the duplicate warranty cannot be returned only partially *, but all duplicate warranty products in the same series must be returned.

* Except for defective products or damaged in transit.

f no agreement can be reached on the return or exchange, the customer can dispute the matter through the Consumer Disputes Board . All products include VAT. Mangoes and books 10%, food 14% and others 24%.



Pre-orders are products that are not in stock and will only arrive on the stated release date. Please note that the dates of revelation are preliminary and are subject to change.


For pre-orders ordered by cash on delivery, we charge a booking fee of 20 euros in advance. The booking fee for cash on delivery orders will not be refunded if the pre-order is canceled or not redeemed.
If the pre-order is canceled, a booking fee of 5% of the total amount or at least EUR 20 will be charged if the product can no longer be canceled. Cancellations will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Cancellation of pre-orders may also result in the customer no longer being able to place new pre-orders.


When the pre-order arrives at the warehouse, a confirmation will be requested from the customer to mail it, first by e-mail, but if no reply is received, by phone. At the same time, the customer can change his or her address information, for example. If pre-order products arrive in the short term, orders can be combined. Orders can be reserved for one (1) week, after which a booking fee of EUR 5 / starting week will be charged. If the customer does not respond within 10 days after being attempted to be contacted more than three times, at least 1 time by phone, the order will be considered canceled and the product will be released for general sale.
